What is Loyalty Club?
A program that offers you exclusive services and privileges when you prefer our hotel for the second time to embrace the nature, unwind and relax, have fun and enjoy the Blue Flag sea with Five-Star hotel facilities. In this free program, you can upgrade according to the points you will earn depending on the number of nights you’ve spent in the hotel.

What should I do to become a member?
You become a member of Turquoise Hotel Loyalty Club Program after your first stay at the hotel (minimum 4 nights). Turquoise Bronze Card, Turquoise Silver Card, Turquoise Gold Card, Turquoise Diamond Card.
How is the membership category determined?
Each person staying in the room (except for the children) earns 10 points per night. According to the specified limit range of the points you earned, your membership category is determined.
Can I transfer my membership?
The membership is strictly for individual use and is non-transferable.
Are the rooms I’ve booked and paid added to number of my stays?
Bulk booking or buying an additional room will not be considered as a part of the total number of accommodation nights.

Turquoise Silver card 500 – 849 points
